Maine: York, Thornton Academy, Marshwood, Falmouth, Wells, Bonny Eagle.

New Hampshire: Exeter, Timberlane, Bow, Dover, Milford, Trinity, Bedford, John Stark, Goffstown, Winnacunnet, Souhegan, Epping-Newmarket, Concord, ConVal, Manchester Central, Monadnock, Portsmouth.

Rhode Island: Portsmouth.

Vermont: St. Johnsbury Academy.
