Hanover flexes muscle

Hanover swept the Lineman Challenge competitions at Saturday’s Northeast Kingdom 7-on-7 tournament and Strongman Competition held at St. Johnsbury (Vt.) Academy

Bobby Putnam, Elijah Putnam, Dakota Hanchett, Colby Marsh, Tyler Whittman, Chris Robertson, Ben Wagner, Ryan Carter, Eamon Worden are the Hanover players who competed in the event.

Bobby Putnam won the over 225-pound championship, and Hanchett finished third in that competition.

Elijah Putnam prevailed in the under-225 pound championship, and Marsh placed third in that portion of the event.

St Johnsbury won the  7-on-7 competition.
