Coach: John Trisciani (second season).
Division/Conference: Division I/West
2018 Record: 2-7
Returning Starters on Offense: (10).
Returning Starters on Defense: (9).
Key Returnees: Ethan Holt (Sr. LB), Kyle Baker (Sr. TE/DE), Joey Lupo (Sr. WR/DB), Nick Connerty (Sr. OL/DL), Michael Terrazzano (Sr. OL/DL), Jacob Scholefield (Sr. OL/LB), Hayden Moses (Sr. QB), Brendan Callahan (Jr. WR/DB), Aidan Szewczyk (Jr. OL/DL).
Season Opener: Sept. 6 at Exeter
Coach’s Comment: “BG has a strong senior class that consists of numerous three-year varsity starters. They will be led by receiver/kick returner Joey Lupo (10 total TDs in 2018), LB Ethan Holt (67 total tackles in 2018) and Kyle Baker (three TDs, five sacks in 2018). BG graduated just one starter from a year ago, All-Conference Safety Ryan Bue. The 2019 schedule consists of cross-over games with Division I East, which was represented by Winnacunnet (2017 State Champion) in the playoffs a year ago. Division I West was represented by Merrimack and Nashua North in the playoffs last season. BG will look to use speed and versatility while relying on an experienced group of linemen. Players have had the best off-season participation in recent memory led by Senior quarterback Hayden Moses (100 percent weight room attendance). We
look forward to seeing how the team performs with a very early test at Bill Ball Stadium.”
