CHaD all-star rosters released

BEDFORD – The rosters and date for the 2020 CHaD New Hampshire East-West High School All-Star Football Game have been announced. The game, which will raise money for Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD), will be held June 27 at Saint Anselm College’s Grappone Stadium ( 4 p.m.).

The East prevailed 17-13 in the 2019 game. Londonderry head coach Jimmy Lauzon will serve as the East’s head coach for the second consecutive season. Lauzon led Londonderry to the 2019 Division I championship.

The East roster features 43 players that represent 16 schools.

Souhegan’s Robin Bowkett will coach the West, which has 43 players from 19 schools, including representatives from three state champions – Hollis-Brookline (Division II), Trinity (Division III), and Winnisquam (Division IV).

The players and coaches will meet for at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center on Jan. 26 for orientation, a CHaD tour, and to meet some of the patients who benefit from the programs supported by the game.  Players will also be introduced to fundraising for CHaD.  Fundraising is not mandatory, but since the game’s inception the players have raised nearly $500,000.
