Attention Yukica Scholar/Athletes

If you are among the 2020 Joe Yukica Chapter of the National Football Foundation Scholar/Athletes you are being asked to fill out a short questionnaire that will accompany your personal profile in the Yukica Scholar/Athlete program, on the organization’s web site and on the New Hampshire Football Report.

This questionaire (five questions) will be emailed to each Scholar/Athlete’s head coach, but, in an attempt to facilitate the process, each Scholar/Athlete is being asked to provide a personal email so they can be sent the questionaire directly. (Coaches can forward each Scholar/Athlete’s email address as well.)

To receive a questionnaire, please send your email address to nhfootballreport@gmail.com. Detailed instructions, including where to send the questionaire once completed, will be included with the questionnaire. Your promt response to this request is appreciated.
