NH, VT Shrine teams released

LEBANON — The rosters for the 69th Annual Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl have been released.

This year’s game will be played Aug. 6 in Dave Wolk Stadium at
Castleton University in Castleton, Vt. The opening kickoff is scheduled for 12:30 p.m.

Vermont will be coached by Craig Sleeman, the head coach at Bellows Free Academy Fairfax; and Lebanon head coach Chris Childs will coach New Hampshire.

Twenty-five high schools are represented on the New Hampshire roster and twenty-one on the Vermont roster.

The Shrine Maple Sugar Bowl game is one of 30 Shrine games played every year across the country for the benefit of the Shriners Children’s facilities. This twin state game is sponsored by the two Shrine Centers of Vermont,
Cairo (Rutland) and Mt. Sinai (Montpelier).
