Yukica clinic approaching

The 21st Annual Joe Yukica New Hampshire Chapter of The National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Spring Coaching Clinic will take place April 1 at St. Anselm College in Goffstown. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m., followed by this year’s featured speakers.

In addition, Steve Hall from the New Hampshire Football Officials’ Association will present a rules review for the 2017 season from 11:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. At that point, those in attendance will be invited to attend St. Anselm’s spring practice, which is scheduled to conclude at 2 p.m.

This year’s other speakers are Plymouth State head coach Paul Castonia, St. Anselm offensive coordinator/offensive line coach Mike Heffernan, Bobby Callahan, UNH’s director of football operations, Castleton (Vt.) State head coach Tony Volpone, Goffstown High School head coach Justin Hufft and Bedford High School head coach Derek Stank. Hufft and Stank have guided their teams to the last two Division I championships. One other speaker may be added as well.

All varsity head coaches/assistant coaches are invited to attend, as are sub-varsity and youth coaches. The cost is $25 per coach, and $100 per staff (unlimited number of coaches).
