Team of the Week: Plymouth

Many felt Saturday’s Division II matchup between Plymouth and Bow would be the best game of the weekend. It turned out to be no contest at all.

Plymouth received three touchdowns from Jordan Docen (two receiving, one on a kickoff return) and earned a 42-26 victory over Bow in a battle between programs that met in last year’s Division II championship game.

Plymouth’s No. 1 offense generated 276 yards on 20 plays (13.8 yards per play) before being removed from the game with the Bobcats leading 42-6. The victory raised Plymouth’s record to 4-0. Bow (3-1) had outscored its first three opponents 125-0.

Garrett Macomber scored twice for the Bobcats, who also received an 82-yard TD run from Nolan Farina.
