Central 47, West 22

Jevell Desir and Jeremy Chandler each scored twice as Central completed its season with a a 6-4 record. Jaymeson Maheux scored three TDs for West, a Division II program that finished 1-8.

West made it a 26-14 game on Maheux’s second touchdown run with 3:30 to play, but Central sealed the win with three late TDs. Desir scored on a 70-yard kickoff return and a 25-yard run, and Chandler returned a kickoff 57 yards for a TD and added a 5-yard TD run.

Central led 13-0 at halftime and 20-0 early in the third.

Monadnock 20, Keene 6

Candler Matson scored three touchdowns to carry Division III Monadnock past Division I Keene in the Turkey Tussle.

Matson ran for a TD before he caught a 23-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Tim Santaw to give the Huskies a 12-0 lead. Keene (0-10) scored on a 12-yard pass from quarterback Sean Corrigan to Tyler Patch.

Matson added the game’s final TD on a 17-yard run with 5:54 left.

Monadnock (11-1) led 12-0 after one quarter and 12-6 at halftime. The Huskies, this year’s Division III runner-up, had 22 players in uniform.

Nashua South 55, Nashua North 21

Sean Holland threw three touchdown passes in the first half and ran for another to help Nashua South defeat Nashua North 55-21  Wednesday night at Stellos Stadium.

Alex Amigo (44, 54 yards), Derek Downing (13 yards) and Tony Agor (54 yards) had South’s TD receptions. Holland also scored on 3-yard run. The Panthers also received touchdown runs from Jaylen Pacheco (2 yards), Jarrett Bieren (1 yard) and Saul Pascual (2 yards). South led 41-14 at halftime.

North got a 13-yard TD pass from Mike Loveless to Matt Wall, a 31-yard TD run from Curtis Harris and a 1-yard run TD from Kevin Maldonado.

South, which beat North 34-15 during the regular season, completed its season with an 8-3 record. North finished at 5-5.

South now leads the Thanksgiving Day series 10-4.

Today’s games: West vs. Central (Gill Stadium), 10 a.m.; and Monadnock at Keene, 10 a.m.
