NHIAA football team records listed by winning percentage from 1972, when the NHIAA adopted a playoff format, through the 2018 season. Records include all playoff and Thanksgiving games.

Note: Records do not include wins or losses for Somersworth or its opponents from the 1988 season or for Trinity and its opponents in 2007 and 2017, when those teams played an exhibition schedule:

Plymouth has the top winning percentage among NHIAA teams since 1972. The Bobcats have won 23 championships and posted 15 undefeated seasons during that span.
