New Hampshire Football Report

FCS program added to Showcase

Central Connecticut State University, a Division I FCS program located in New Britain, Conn., has confirmed that it will have representatives at this year’s New Hampshire Football Showcase, which will be held at Saint Anselm College on June 12. CCSU is the fourth FCS program to RSVP for the event. The others are the University of New Hampshire, Sacred Heart and Merrimack College.

A list of colleges that have said they play to be in attendance, as well as more info on the Showcase can be found below. If you’re a high school football player with aspirations to play in college this event may be for you.

New England Gridiron Development’s 2021 New Hampshire Football Showcase, the state’s premier recruiting event, will be held June 12 from 9 a.m. to noon at Saint Anselm College.

Although this is a teaching event,  the Showcase is designed primarily to increase exposure for high school and prep school players by allowing them to perform in combine and football-specific drills with college coaches from throughout Northeast in attendance. All offensive and defensive positions are invited to attend.

NOTE: There will be drills for offensive and defensive linemen, who will be working with former Bates coach Skip Capone.

Every Division I, Division II and Divison III football program in New England will be invited, and the list of colleges that will attend will be posted below as they RSVP. A list of athletes who register will also be posted here for the benefit of college coaches who may want to attend.

The cost is $99 through June 1, and $129 after that date. Visit the New England Gridiron Development Registration Page to reserve your spot.
