Laconia searching for head coach

Laconia High School has an opening for a varsity head coach.

Laconia, a Division II school, plays its home games on the turf field at Bank of NH Stadium. The program has veteran assistant coaches in place, and a
boosters’ organization that has raised significant funding to support our program.

Characteristics of the next head coach include:

Leadership skills and experience, preferably as a head coach, with at least high school level coaching.
The ability to support, supervise and build chemistry with the junior varsity and varsity assistant coaches.
Committed to year-round program development including, but not limited to, off-season training, 7-on-7 in the summer, fundraising, player-college recruitment and team activities.

NOTE: Our goal/expectation is to have all our coaches be full-time educators. To that end,we have a number of options to pair this coaching position with, depending on the background and skills of the candidate. Full-time educator positions will be a separate interview process.
