Patriot League honors Fuller

Holy Cross running back Jordan Fuller has been selected as the Patriot League Offensive Player of the Week for his performance in Saturday’s 20-17 loss to the University of Rhode Island.

Fuller, a senior who lives in North Hampton, rushed for 139 yards and scored a late go-ahead touchdown in the loss. It was the seventh time in his career that Fuller has rushed for at least 100 yards in a game.

Fuller, who led Winnacunnet High School to the Division I championship as a sophomore, has 41 rushing touchdowns in his career. He is the active FCS national leader in career rushing TDs

Holy Cross will play the University of New Hampshire on Saturday in Worcester, Mass.  The opening kickoff is scheduled for 2 p.m.
