WEEK 3

Carter Bastian (Stevens)
Bastian, a sophomore running back, carried the ball 18 times for 164 yards and two touchdowns in a 25-7 victory over Kearsarge. He also set up the game’s first touchdown with a 33-yard punt return, had an interception and caught three passes for 16 yards.

Defense (Pelham)
Pelham’s starting defensive unit limited Hanover to 24 yards in a 24-0 win. Pelham’s front seven features defensive linemen Pat Muise, Omar Ortiz and Steve Harvey, and linebackers Junior MacKinnon, Billy Nicolls, Nick Landry and Ben Maslanek.

Defense (Souhegan)
The Sabers’ varsity defense held John Stark to 19 yards of offense, no points and forced three turnovers in a 45-14 win.

Owen Drake (Souhegan)
Drake, a senior place-kicker, kicked his second field goal of the season, made five PATs and had an inside kick recovered in a 45-14 victory over John Stark.

Michael Fiengo (Souhegan)
Fiengo, a junior quarterback, accounted for 306 yards of offense and five touchdowns in 45-14 victory over John Stark. He completed 9 of 11 passes for 186 yards and three touchdowns, and ran for 120 yards and two touchdowns on 15 attempts.

Robert King (Hillsboro)
King ran for 202 yards and two touchdowns on 16 carries in a 20-14 triumph against Franklin. He also had a 31-yard reception, recorded a team-high 10 tackles (three solo) and had two interceptions.

Junior MacKinnon (Pelham)
MacKinnon, a senior running back, averaged 6.3 yards per carry during Pelham’s 24-0 victory against Hanover. He rushed for 133 yards on 21 carries, including a 44-yard touchdown run.

Ben Maslanek (Pelham)
Maslanek ran for 110 yards and a touchdown on 16 attempts in Pelham’s 24-0 triumph over Hanover. He had a 3-yard TD run and also rushed for a two-point conversion.

Bennett Matthews (Bedford)
Matthews, a junior receiver, had five receptions for 70 yards, and 94 yards in kick returns in a 35-13 win against Bishop Guertin. He returned two punts for 60 yards and added a 34-yard kickoff return.

Jack Maye (Bedford)
Maye completed 13 of 16 passes for 223 yards and two touchdowns to help Bedford defeat Bishop Guertin 35-13.

Mohammed Olanrewaju (Memorial)
Olanrewaju, a senior fullback, ran for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 23 attempts in a 21-14 victory over Spaulding.

Rushing Game (Plymouth)
Offensive linemen Emmitt Nossaman, Tyler Medeiros, Drake Tautenhan, Alex Fleury, Landon St. George, Cullen McNair, tight ends Cooper Mack, Grant Wenhart and Liam Shannan and wingbacks Jaxon Rineer and Cooper Legacy allowed nine Plymouth ball carriers to run for 487 yards and seven touchdowns in a 48-10 win against Trinity.

Peter Suozzo (Bedford)
Suozzo caught four passes for 103 yards and a touchdown as Bedford improved to 3-0 in Division I with a 35-13 victory over Bishop Guertin. He also had an interception.

Ben Valenti (Plymouth)
Valenti ran for 308 yards and three touchdowns as the Bobcats improved to 3-0 by beating previously unbeaten Trinity, 48-10.

Brady Williams (Pelham)
Williams was a factor in all three phases of Pelham’s 24-0 victory over Hanover. He had two two-point conversion runs, recovered a fumble on special teams and had a tackle for loss and a forced fumble on defense.
