Coach’s Comment: “We have a lot of continuity and talent coming back in both the skill and line positions. The majority of our players have been two- or three-year starters for us, so our experience should be a strength in addition to our ability. We did graduate a few strong senior athletes in some key spots and we will need to fill those roles successfully to build off last season’s success. We’ve had a great summer. The boys have worked very hard in the weight room and we will be in great shape heading into camp. As far as the West Conference goes, we are looking forward to competing in a highly competitive schedule. Each week is going to be a battle, and we know that going in. It will make for a lot of great games, and we are grateful for the opportunity to compete against some of the state’s best teams week in and week out.”
