Gomes collects NE10 honor

Gomes, a sophomore linebacker from Berlin, Conn., recorded two interceptions for 6 return yards in Franklin Pierce’s 30-6 win over Pace. He also added half a sack and anchored a defense that totaled six interceptions, six sacks and limited Pace to 190 total yards with no offensive touchdowns.
