Fall Mountain

Fall Mountain did all of its scoring in the second half and ended the program’s 12-game losing streak by beating Kearsarge 24-14 in North Sutton on Friday night.

It was Fall Mountain’s first victory since it beat Stevens during the 2023 season.

Max Wyman tossed two touchdown passes to Tanner Michaud during the win. Fall Mountain’s other touchdown came on a 55-yard interception return by Jack Marsh. Michaud TD receptions came on passes of 65 and 53 yards.

Michaud’s second TD plus the two-point conversion handed the Wildcats (1-1) a 16-7 lead in the third quarter.

After Kearsarge made it a 16-14 game in the fourth, Marsh’s TD and Fall Mountain’s third two-point conversion capped the scoring.

It was Jim Tremblay’s first victory as Fall Mountain’s head coach.
