Coach’s Comment: “We had 23 summer sessions with Introductory Weight Lifting and Football Skills. Interest was extremely limited as has been our pre-season thus far. We’ll be accepting players throughout the season and have continually been recruiting since April 16. The players we have who have been committed for the first two weeks are working and eager to learn and play football. We talk about these kids coming back some day with their kids and saying ‘We started this program with the coaches and look at it now.’ We are built to succeed with our entire roster training in multiple positions on both sides of the ball with safety and proper technique a major focus. This is not ‘Rookie Night’ for me and our kids will be prepared and give a great effort. They are passionate and committed! That’s really all it takes. Each football team is only allowed 11 players on the field at one time.”
