WEEK 5

Axel Cancel (Dover)
• Cancel, a freshman, ran for 152 yards and two touchdowns on nine carries in a 34-14 win against Timberlane.

Luke Cardinal (Farmington/Nute)
• Cardinal ran for 205 yards on 11 carries and had touchdown runs of 51 and 60 yards in a 42-22 triumph over Prospect Mountain. Cardinal has 429 yards rushing on 50 attempts this season.

Cooper Coleman (Kennett)
• Coleman ran for 156 yards and three touchdowns on 16 attempts in Kennett’s 31-0 victory over St. Thomas.

Kylar Cox (Alvirne)
• Cox blocked a punt and recovered the ball in the end zone for a touchdown during Alvirne’s 24-18 loss to Manchester Central.

Defense (Dover)
• The Green Wave forced four turnovers and recorded two sacks during a 34-14 win against Timberlane. Junior Bryce Peck intercepted two passes, junior Parker Ketcham also had an interception and junior Ryan Hebert forced a fumble. Freshman David Devoy and sophomore Braden St. Laurent had Dover’s sacks.

Defensive Line (Souhegan)
• Defensive linemen Jon Bausha, Paddy Casey, Mason Mobley and Josiah Cudworth recorded four sacks, four tackles for loss and held Hanover to minus-8 yards rushing in Souhegan’s 18-13 come-from-behind victory.

Luke Draper (Pelham)
• Draper recorded six tackles, returned a punt 67 yards for a touchdown and ran for 157 yards and two TDs during a 41-6 Division II triumph over ConVal.

Justin Fish (Nashua South)
• Fish caught six passes for 125 yards and a TD, and gained 14 yards on two rushing attempts during Nashua South’s 49-21 loss to Malden Catholic.

Kingston Green (Manchester West)
• Green carried the ball 32 times for 264 yards and four touchdowns to help West improve its Division II record to 4-1 with a 27-16 win over previously unbeaten Milford. He also added a two-point conversion. Green has run for 882 yards and 14 TDs this season.

Keagan Lamos-Garon (Hillsboro-Deering)
• Lamon-Garon recorded a team-high 12 tackles, including one tackle for loss, to lead Hillsboro-Deering’s defense in an 18-12 victory over Fall Mountain.

Brody Pinciaro (Campbell)
• Pinciaro, a junior, ran for 189 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries and intercepted a pass to help Campbell defeat Stevens 39-11.

Mason Poland (Hillsboro-Deering)
• Poland completed 6-of-7 passes for 142 yards and three touchdowns in an 18-12 Division IV win against Fall Mountain.

Dean Porter (Kingswood)
• Porter ran for 145 yards and four touchdowns on 18 carries in a 40-14 win against Pembroke Academy.

Brayden Robinson (ILMA)
• Robinson had four tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery for a touchdown in Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough’s 16-14 Division III victory against Kearsarge.

Rocco Roy (Bishop Guertin)
• Roy caught three passes for 103 yards and a touchdown as Bishop Guertin remained unbeaten with a 33-7 win against Bedford. His TD came on a 75-yard catch.

Brady Spellman (Pinkerton)
• Spellman gained 213 yards on 11 carries and scored twice during the first half of Pinkerton’s 37-14 Division I Central victory over Concord. His TDs came on runs of 43 and 32 yards.

Noah Welch (Hillsboro-Deering)
• Welch caught two passes for 53 yards and two touchdowns as Hillsboro-Deering improved to 2-2 in Division IV by beating Fall Mountain 18-12.
