Bishop Guertin wide receiver Nick Lorden is one of 15 athletes who signed a National Letter of Intent to play football at the University of New Hampshire on Wednesday.

Lorden, who is 6-3 and weighs 200 pounds, missed most of his junior season with a broken collarbone, but caught 41 passes for 890 yards and 17 touchdowns during his senior season. He also had an offer from Bryant.
Nick is an outstanding wide receiver prospect,” UNH coach Sean McDonnell said. “We’ve been fortunate to see him over the last year grow and get better all the time. He has a big, huge frame and can go up and get the ball. He can catch, and he can fight for the ball on the perimeter.”
Lorden, a Milford resident, took his official visit to UNH in January. UNH quarterback Trevor Knight, an Amherst resident who played at Nashua South, was Lorden’s host during his official visit.
