The top 10 high school football teams in New Hampshire, voted by the staffs of the New Hampshire Union Leader and ESPN New Hampshire, with record, first-place votes/points in parentheses, plus last week’s ranking:

1. Bedford, 12-0 (7/70), 1st

The Bulldogs went wire to wire, and finished as the only unbeaten team in the state.

2. Merrimack, 9-2 (60), 3rd

Season ended with a loss to Bedford in the Division I semifinals.

3. Exeter, 10-2 (59), 2nd

Season ended with a loss to Bedford in the Division I championship game.

4. Nashua North, 8-3 (45), 4th

Season ended with a loss to Exeter in the Division I semfinals.

5. Plymouth, 10-2 (39), 6th

Defeated Bow on Saturday to win the Division II championship.

6. Goffstown, 7-3 (44), 5th

Season ended with a loss to Merrimack in the Division I quarterfinals.

7. Windham, 10-1 (29), 7th

Season ended with a loss to Plymouth in the Division II semifinals.

8. Bow, 9-3 (25), 9th

Season ended with a loss to Plymouth in the Division II championship game.

9.-T Stevens, 9-2 (17), NR

Season ended with a victory over Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough in the Division III championship game.

9.-T Salem, 6-4 (7), 8th

Season ended with a loss to Bedford in the Division I quarterfinals.
