Bishop Brady hires McKenzie

According to Bishop Brady athletic director Annie Alosa, the school has hired Jermaine McKenzie as its varsity football coach.

McKenzie graduated from Cambridge (Mass.) Rindge and Latin and has done most of his coaching in Massachusetts, where he was an assistant coach at Cambridge Rindge and Latin, Cathedral, Matignon and Boston Latin.

McKenzie replaces Matt Shaw, who is now an assistant coach at Merrimack Valley.

Bishop Brady, which competed in Division III last season, has dropped to Division IV in the NHIAA’s restructured alignment for 2018.
