Crossan signs with CFL team

The Canadian Football League’s Ottawa REDBLACKS signed former University of New Hampshire running back Dalton Crossan on Friday.

Crossan appeared in 44 games while he was at UNH and gained 5,189 all-purpose yards: 2,617 rushing yards, 779 receiving yards, and 1,793 kick-return yards. He was signed by the Indianapolis Colts in 2017 and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last year, but ended up on the injured-reserve list and was waived by each team.

Former UNH wide receiver R.J. Harris is also on the REDBLACKS roster. Harris caught 49 passes for 697 yards and two touchdowns with Ottawa last season.
