Helmet Stickers: Week 3

HELMET STICKERS
WEEK 3

JJ Bright (Souhegan)
Bright, a sophomore running back/linebacker, averaged 22 yards per carry and made five tackles to help Souhegan beat Hollis/Brookline 50-8. He finished the game with 132 yards on six rushing attempts.

Josh Compoh (Nashua South)
Compoh ran for 162 yards and three touchdowns on 16 carries in a 28-26 loss to Merrimack.

Jeff Dekorne (Somersworth)
Dekorne, a quarterback, passed for three touchdowns and ran for a TD to help Somersworth defeat Mascoma, 49-8. He accounted for more than 200 yards of offense in the win.

Dominic Gould (Winnacunnet)
Gould, a wide receiver/defensive back, scored twice in five plays during Winnacunnet’s 47-0 victory over Spaulding. He caught a 39-yard touchdown pass and five plays later rutrned a punt 70 yards for a TD.

Thomas Hastey (Somersworth)
Hastey spearheaded Somersworth’s defensive effort in a 49-8 win over Mascoma by recording 10 tackles, including four tackles for loss.

Mitch Hauser (Souhegan)
Hauser, a senior running back/defensive back, rushed for 163 yards and two touchdowns on 13 carries in Souhegan’s 50-8 victory over Hollis/Brookline. He also had six tackles and an interception.

Malaki Ingram (Newfound)
• 
Ingram, a senior wide receiver, accounted for all of Newfound’s scoring in a 21-14 loss to Bishop Brady. He caught eight passes for 102 yards and a touchdown plus a two-point conversion, and ran the ball twice for 36 yards and TD.

Calvin Lambert (Somersworth)
Lambert rushed for 153 yards and two touchdowns, and had four tackles for loss in Somersworth’s victory over Mascoma.

Darian Lopez-Sullivan (Dover)
Lopez-Sullivan, a senior quarterback, completed 21 of 31 passes for 394 yards and five touchdowns, and also carried the ball 16 times for 70 yards and a TD in a 39-19 victory against Concord.

Brady Melvin (Souhegan)
Melvin, a junior linebacker, made seven tackles, recovered the ball on his own strip sack and also recovered a fumble on a kickoff during Souhegan’s win against Hollis-Brookline.

Seamus Murphy (Hanover)
• 
Murphy carried the ball 18 times for 179 yards and four touchdowns during Hanover’s 29-8 triumph over Hillsboro-Deering/Hopkinton. Jack Crandell, Cam Bonner, Patrick Elder, Monty Hatchett, Connor Chambers, Jerad Mercado, Brendan Logan, Josh Bucci and Jeffrey Vidou were among those who helped pave the way for a 315-yard rushing performance.

Offensive Line (Souhegan)
Souhegan’s OL helped the Sabers run for 332 yards and five touchdowns on 26 carries in a victory over Hollis/Brookline.

Isaiah Reese (Gilford/Belmont)
• 
Reese, a sophomore quarterback, completed 3 of 4 passes for 136 yards and three TDs in one quarter of a 41-6 victory over Kingswood. He also accounted for 33 yards on the ground.

Jai-Lique Ribeiro (Stevens)
Ribeiro had a school-record 99-yard touchdown run during Friday night’s 27-22 loss to Laconia. He ran for 140 yards on 10 carries, had 29 receiving yards and 57 return yards in the loss.

Carson Shanks (Monadnock)
• 
Shanks, a quarterback/defensive back, completed 9 of 12 passes for 114 yards and two touchdowns during a 46-0 victory over ConVal. He also returned an interception for a touchdown, and scored a two-point conversion.

Connor Sheehan (Dover)
Sheehan had eight receptions for 205 yards and four touchdowns to help Dover defeat Concord 39-19.

Icean Taylor (Manchester West)
Taylor provided most of West’s offense in Saturday night’s 39-30 victory over John Stark. He ran the ball 20 times for 170 yards and four touchdowns, and completed 8 of 16 passes for 120 yards and a TD.

Sean Vincent (Manchester West)
Vincent recorded 14 tackles, including a sack, during West’s 39-30 victory over John Stark.
