Travis hit Kevin Bodenrader for an 11-yard TD pass to open the scoring, then scored on runs of 9 and 2 yards to help the Pythons open up a 21-0. Pelham’s other first-half scores came when Bodenrader returned a blocked punt 26 yards for a score; and when Ethan Demmons returned an interception 39 yards for a TD.

Travis’ third TD came on a 43-yard run. Scott Paquette added Pelham’s final TD on a 14-yard run.

Trinity (8-2) received two touchdowns from Devohn Ellis, one on a 7-yard run and the other on a 21-yard pass from quarterback Jack Service.

It was Pelham’s second straight Division III championship.
