WEEK 1

Daven Bailey (Kennett)
Bailey recorded 15 tackles and intercepted a pass as Kennett opened the season with a 14-7 triumph over Gilford/Belmont. He also caught five passes for 106 yards.

Shawn Boudreau (Alvirne)
Boudreau, a junior, recorded seven tackles, including three tackles for loss and a sack, made each of a six point-after attempts and kicked a 27-yard field goal in a 45-7 victory over Manchester Central. Boudreau also stepped in at quarterback in the second half.

Ben Cardoso (Sanborn)
Cardoso had 167 receiving yards and three touchdown receptions in a 28-14 victory against Bow.

Tyler Christian (Stevens)
Christian, a senior quarterback, carried the ball 32 times for 136 yards and three touchdowns in a 27-20 loss to Inter-Lakes/Moultonborough on Friday night.

Defense (Hanover)
Hanover’s defensive unit forced seven turnovers and scored eight points in a 45-0 win against Hollis/Brookline. The eight points came on a safety and a fumble that was returned for a touchdown.

Jayden Hastings (Goffstown)
Hastings caught two passes for 47 yards and a TD to help the Grizzlies beat Nashua South 33-20.

Brody Helton (Bedford)
Helton, a sophomore, carried the ball 20 times for 209 yards and four touchdowns in his first varsity start, a 40-3 victory over Bishop Guertin. Helton also caught three passes for 42 yards in the win.

Austin Ingersol (Sanborn)
Ingersol recorded a team-high nine tackles, intercepted a pass and scored on a 9-yard run to help Sanborn defeat Bow 28-14.

Connor McFarland (Manchester Memorial)
McFarland, a senior quarterback, rushed for 125 yards and three touchdowns and passed for 72 yards and a TD in a 27-24 loss to Central (R.I.).

Aiden Mills (Alvirne)
Mills, a senior running back, carred the ball 15 times for 86 yards and two touchdowns in a 45-7 victory over Manchester Central. He also caught a 34-yard pass in the win.

Jaysen Oriol (Hanover)
Oriol returned a fumble 30 yards for a touchdown, recorded three tackles (two tackles for loss), assisted on two tackles, had two pass deflections and two hurries to help Hanover defeat Hollis/Brookline 45-0.

Jay Pares (Goffstown)
Pares, Goffstown’s starting quarterback, completed 9 of 13 passes for 134 yards and a touchdown in a 33-20 victory over Nashua South. He also ran the ball six times for 59 yards and a TD.

Will Patenaude (Goffstown)
Patenaude carried the ball 15 times for 78 yards and a touchdown, and caught four passes for 35 yards in a 33-20 win against Nashua South.

Gavin Philbrook (Goffstown)
Philbrook ran for 41 yards and a touchdown on six carries, returned a kickoff for a touchdown, intercepted a pass and had a 21-yard reception to help Goffstown defeat Nashua South 33-20.

Jaxon Rineer (Plymouth)
Rineer, a junior wingback/defensive back, caught three passes for 94 yards and two touchdowns in a 42-7 triumph against Pembroke Academy.

Running Game (Plymouth)
The Bobcats ran for 299 yards and four touchdowns on 38 attempts — an average of 7.9 yards per carry — in a 42-7 win against Pembroke Academy.

Brandon Sarette (Sanford)
Sarette, Sanborn’s starting quarterback, passed for 231 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Indians to a 28-14 victory over Bow.

Kevin Todisco (Salem)
Todisco, a junior running back/linebacker, rushed for 146 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries during a 19-14 win at Keene. He also recorded nine tackles.

Jeffrey Vidou (Hanover)
Vidou carried the ball 18 times for 211 yards and also intercepted a pass in Hanover’s 45-0 win against Hollis/Brookline.
