WEEK 5

JJ Bright (Souhegan)
Bright, a senior running back/linebacker, rushed for 126 yards and two touchdowns in Souhegan’s 49-6 victory over Plymouth. He also caught two passes for 24 yards and a TD, and recorded five tackles.

Tyler Christian (Stevens)
Christian, a senior quarterback, ran for 138 yards and four touchdowns on 26 carries in a 36-0 victory over Epping/Newmarket. He also completed each of his seven pass attempts for 56 yards in the win.

Hunter Henderson (Campbell)
Henderson had six tackles (three sacks) and intercepted a pass during Campbell’s 6-0 triumph over previously unbeaten Trinity.

Romy Jain (Souhegan)
Jain, a junior quarteback, completed 8 of 9 passes for 148 yards and four touchdowns during a 49-6 win over Plymouth. Jain, who has thrown 16 TD passes this season, also ran for 119 yards on seven attempts.

Offensive Line (Sanborn)
The Indians rushed for 467 yards and seven touchdowns during a 48-21 victory over previously unbeaten Kennett.

Karter Thyne (Stevens)
Thyne, a freshman wide receiver, caught three passes for 78 yards and a touchdown and also recorded four solo tackles and intercepted a pass during a 36-0 win against Epping/Newmarket. His twin brother Karson tossed the TD pass, which covered 38 yards. Karson Thyne completed 2 of 3 passes for 61 yards, and also had three receptions for 23 yards.

Hunter Trueman (Spaulding)
Trueman rushed for 256 yards and four touchdowns on 14 carries to help Spaulding earn its first win by beating Edward Little of Auburn, Maine, 57-18. He also had 40 receiving yards in the win.
