JJ Bright (Souhegan)
• Bright, a senior running back/linebacker, carried the ball 27 times for 457 yards and five touchowns in a 41-22 victory at Hanover on Friday night. The TDs came on runs of 80, 67, 60, 55, and 67 yards. All five came in the second half.
Garron Brown (Merrimack)
• Brown rushed for 211 yards and a touchdown to help Merrimack defeat Windham, 23-20. He also recorded eight tackles and intercepted a pass.
Brooks Connors (Portsmouth/Oyster River)
• Connors, a running back/linebacker, recorded five tackles and rushed for 139 yards and a TD on 17 carries in a 20-6 victory over Exeter.
Liam Corman (Timberlane)
• Corman, a sophomore running back, ran for 90 yards and two touchdowns in Saturday’s 24-7 triumph over Manchester Memorial. He also had 90 yards receiving in the win.
Logan Day (Merrimack)
• Day caught five passes for 83 yards and two touchdowns in a 23-20 victory over Windham.
Max Durkin (Portsmouth/Oyster River)
• Durkin, a two-way lineman, recorded nine tackles, including two tackles for loss and one sack, to help the ClipperCats improve to 6-0 with a 20-6 victory over Exeter.
Brody Helton (Bedford)
• Helton, a sophomore running back, rushed for 210 yards and three touchdowns on 10 carries in a 42-10 victory over Dover.
Zach Lynch (Spaulding)
• Lynch rushed for 114 carries and two touchdowns on eight attempts in a 42-19 victory over Manchester Central.
Jacob Magri (Winnacunnet)
• Magri, a senior tight end/linebacker, recorded 11 tackles (three tackles for loss) in a 28-14 victory over Goffstown. He also caught three passes for 65 yards and a touchdown.
Riley McDaniel (Winnacunnet)
• McDaniel, a junior quarterback, completed 7 of 13 passes for 91 yards and two touchdowns in a 28-14 victory over Goffstown. He also ran the ball five times for 30 yards a TD.
Scotty McGibbon (Sanborn)
• McGibbon ran for 146 yards and three touchdowns on 15 attempts during a 48-8 triumph over Pembroke Academy.
Jaysen Oriol (Hanover)
• Oriol, normally a defensive lineman, moved to running back in the second quarter of Hanover’s game against Souhegan on Friday night and finished the game with 157 yards rushing and two touchdowns on 14 carries. His TD runs covered 40 and 70 yards.
Mason Smith (Portsmouth/Oyster River)
• Smith, Portsmouth/Oyster River’s starting nose tackle, blocked a punt that led to a touchdown and was a big part of a defensive effort that held Exeter to a season-low six points in Portsmouth/Oyster River’s 20-6 victory.
Jack Strother (Winnacunnet)
• Strother, a senior wide receiver/defensive back, had an interception and a 35-yard touchdown catch during Winnacunnet’s 28-14 triumph over Goffstown.
Hunter Trueman (Spaulding)
• Trueman ran for a game-high 161 yards and three touchdowns on 14 carries to help Spaulding defeat Manchester Central 42-19.
Jeffrey Vidou (Hanover)
• Vidou recorded 14 tackles in the first half of Hanover’s loss to Souhegan.
