Offense was the theme in this game at Lancer Park.

Londonderry quarterback Evan Cormier completed 16 of his 22 pass attempts for 217 yards and three touchdowns, and also scored on a 9-yard run to help put an end to Winnacunnet’s 18-game winning streak. Cormier connected with Alex Tsetsilas for a 57-yard TD pass on the game’s first play from scrimmage, and also tossed touchdown passes to Jake Holland (19 yards) and Jeff Wiedenfeld (19 yards).

The Lancers also scored on a 16-yard fumble return by Matt Pemberton, and received a 27-yard field goal from Zack Chau.

Winnacunnet began its final possession on its own 17-yard line with 2:32 to play, but turned the ball over on downs after picking up one first down.

Winnacunnet received two touchdown runs from fullback Jordan Fuller (11 and 4 yards), a 7-yard TD run from halfback Brendan Kacmarcik, a 27-yard TD pass from Joe Larosa to Joshua Chase and a 15-yard TD run from Larosa. Fuller’s run on the two-point conversion that followed Larosa’s TD run capped the scoring with 3:37 to play.

Londonderry came up with a sack on Winnacunnet’s final offensive play, and took over on downs with 1:22 left.
