Fuller, Harris-Lopez named captains

Two New Hampshire residents — running back Jordan Fuller, (North Hampton) and safety Curtis Harris-Lopez (Nashua) — are among the five players who will serve as captains for the Holy Cross football team next season. The captains were recognized on the field prior to Holy Cross’ Spring Game on April 13.

Fuller was an All-American and All-Patriot League first team selection in 2023, becoming a two-time All-Patriot League honoree. He won the Agganis-Zimman Award as the top player in New England after leading the nation in 2023 with 19 total touchdowns, including a school-record 18 rushing touchdowns. Fuller is the program’s all-time leader in career rushing touchdowns with 40. He is a member of the Holy Cross Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.

Harris-Lopez was one of the team’s top defensive backs during the 2023 season, ranking third on the team in total tackles (65) and tackles for loss (4.0) while tying for the team lead in pass breakups (four). He started in nine games at safety during the 2023 season.
